ok, just found out that the apartment is brand new, never been lived in & the location mentioned above is incorrect. lt is located just a short walk from the new Hollywood Disco, about only half a km from the second road Big C & soi 6 etc. lt is available immediatly

correct, no aircon but very good cross ventilation, nice cooling breezes & 2 fans. Some people find aircon affects thier health.

I have aircon but never use it. I have lived in the tropics for most of my life and a ceiling fan at low speed is good enough and healthier.
