Soi 13 new high rise?

When I was last in Pattaya---Nov. '07---there was a high rise (hotel?) going up across the soi from Sandy Spring. Any member know what hotel it might be and whether finished yet? I liked being on Soi 13 and Sandy Spring is OK but would be tempted to check out a newer place if available. Thanks for any info.

Finished, it was just an addition to the AA Residence.

The Sandy has another Hotel going up too. It will be on Soi 1 or 2.
