New Hotel between Soi Metro and Soi Honey

Does anybody know anything about the new hotel being built between Soi metro and honey?

 

 

ie, name, expected completion date, website, etc?

I hadn't noticed anything being built in that area between those sois, there isn't that much room between them. I did notice that the Stereo Bar had undergone a name change and face lift. There was a new hotel being built on Soi Honey the last time I was there in June. I'll check it out the next time I walk that area.

Are you referring to the one being built next to Pasadena Lodge? It was still under construction in June. I will be back again in a few weeks and will be interested to see the progress.

I was told sometime ago it was apartment type accomodations,some sold,some rented out at exorbitant rates!

South side of Soi Honey Inn with part of it backing on the Pasadena??

 

It's not a hotel, but rather a row of shop houses - 4 stories. The entire structure is for sale. Part of it is rented as a guest house - most of the rest is vacant.

I walked by this location last month. Don't expect many rooms. I can't remember if this is a double wide shop house or single. 3 rooms if single and 6 if double. Their was a larger stand alone hotel being constructed a few meters down the soi, don't know if its finished yet as I haven't been down that way recently.
