girls in hua hin or pattaya

Recommended Posts

Can someone compare hua hin girls and nightlife with pattaya girls and nightlife

Not really. They are different places, for different reasons. So far as girls and nightlife, Hua Hin is a brushfire guerrilla war - while Pattaya is a free-fire zone with nuclear weapons.

Don´t believe everything you read, derksj!

As Joe already clarified for you, they are two very different places!

Hua Hin is the Thai Kings favourite summer residence and has so been for a very long time. Because of this fact, Hua Hin has mainly always been a favourite vacation spot for a lot of Thai people.

The fact that the King has his summer residence there also means that there are no Go Go bars allowed only beer bars, and that the hustling on the streets are more or less nonexistence.

In the 80:s they started to build golf courses around Hua Hin, and today you can find 8 or 10 really god courses in the area. With this came country clubs, housing projects and a lot of golf players.

This impact is something you notice from the start in Hua Hin, the town is so much more family oriented with good restaurants , coffee shops and beach oriented activities.

The beer bar area is quite small but nice, but nothing compared with Pattaya!

Hua Hin is a great place to go and visit for a shorter time, (with a lady friend or two), to relax and just kick back and recoup!

They can't really be compared.

Pattaya caters mainly to foreigners and sex is its main business.

HH caters mainly to middle class Thais who come from BKK on weekends (main road is clogged with Mercs and Bimmers on Friday night) though there are about 3000 falang residents.

HH has been a resort for 80 years or so while Pattaya was a fishing village until the VN war got the sanuk industry under way. There are bars and girls in HH, to be sure (it is a Thai town, after all) but nowhere near the scale of Pattaya (100 bars or so v. 2000 or so).

HM The King lives pretty well year-round in HH, its very quick to fly to BKK for gov't business and you may recall that Samak came to see HM in HH about 10 days ago.

The people of HH are quite proud of HM being in residence and the town has a quiet pride, is clean and a real Thai town with amenities for falangs. You will not find the excesses of Pattaya in HH.

All that said, you can get your ass licked, your cock sucked and fucked as easily as in Pattaya though IMO the girls are not quite as professional and par value may be a bit more effort to find in HH. You can still have fun though and the beaches are much better.

Try it you might like it, just don't expect samesame Pattaya.

derk

Next trip i will be going to both, if you are under 35 stay in Pattaya, if over then you may well like Hua Hin.

Everything is more laid back, no GoGos but a few masage places you will enjoy.

The bars tend to be in one large block right in the centre of town in HH.

The beach is nicer but near to the Hilton hotel has many large boulders covered with barnacles which will cut you very easy.

HH is very laid back, Pattaya is not, up to you but you will have a good time in both.

Dr. Mick,

BB's is a good place to eat but it doesn't overlook the beach.

Its on a road across from the fishing pier and pier restaurants. The piers act as dividers on the beach which continues both north and south of them. If you are upstairs you will see the sea but don't expect a "beach front" room like you would get on Samui or Koh Chang.

BTW, best beach is SuanSon, 15 mins south of town by motorbike. Its on the other side of the gold Buddha at Khao Takiab which is the south end of HH town beach. SuanSon is army property but open to the public. Huge, tree-lined, food and drink, deckchairs 20 baht, no venders, no jetskis, no ATVs etc and perfectly clean.

Some pics of SuanSon beach.

Hua Hin is a lovely place, nothing like the hustle & bustle of Pattaya. For golf & good food and general relaxation , it is fine. However if you like shopping, lively entertainment, cinema choice and so forth then I suspect you would get bored after a while.
