Can any of the bms tell me where i can get a good english breakfast in patts with proper english sausage and bacon. I know some of you will be thinking if thats what you want stay in england but sometimes i just crave a good full english. I would be very greatful for any sugestions.

The sausage may well be made locally, but usually a British run establishment will have a British owner/manager and he will have sampled and selected the best. Most British type sausages here are as good, if not better, than home. Not sure about where the bacon's from, but if the chef's a Thai make sure they know to cook it well "suk suk". Streaky or back bacon is very good here. You should have no prob finding a good breakfast.

Of course. One of the great tragedies is that Thailand has no food of its own, no place to raise animals, and has to import all food from the far superior small, distant islands.

No. There is no sausage or bacon from England in Thailand unless you carry your own. Thailand SELLS sausage and bacon to the world, including "English" restaurants.

 

But look. Seriously. There's a place that is GUARANTEED to have English sausage and bacon. Why would you leave it?

I've just remembered that the pork sausages and the bacon are from Pakistan, and the beef sausages are made just off the coast in Nicaragua. Funny what this Beer Chang makes you remember!

Try the Queen Vic in Soi 6. Their website claims:

Tropical Bert's soi 6/1 just off of 2nd Rd serves a good English breaky. Gregg's Kitchen across the street is WAY over priced for what you get and the food is only OK.

Okay, flat statement: The advert is misleading at best and in England would be banned - I mean if "real fast" claim by Apple is banned, this one is way worse.

 

I don't have to ask. At the price the Queen Vic serves its (very good) breakfast, it does NOT have "real English" food of any kind, let alone meat. The duty alone would be far more than the price of three breakfasts.

Hell man experiment, you are on holiday in a foreign country, let the hair down. Not much point in going all that way only to look for what you get back home.

Good for me maybe not for your taste? Who gives a fuck? The OP asked for places to eat so he got them, why flame? Total fuckin nonsense! Also he IS one of the tourists mass so your point is? Grow the fuck up and accept that people MAY just have different tastes and likes other than yours.

 

If I want a breakfast I would probably cook it in my little room when I am there. What the fuck not being there recently or even if I had not been for years it is still relevant information for someone going as a tourists! Thats why these places exist TO FEED TOURISTS! TBH your reply is some what on par with a troll looking to try and pick faults in genuine and decent information given!

 

Also just for your info, I personally do not rate robins nest that highly and if you think robins is ok I would suggest your pallet is totally fucked! Personally I prefer Greg's and am happy to pay for the portion and relaxing atmosphere. But alas I eat where ever I end up and prefer the Thai soup kitchens. But that was not what was asked by the OP!

 

But seeing as you just come on, thread fuck, and leave NO suggestions only makes me think what a stirring cunt you really are! All input to newbie's going to patts is helpful, and certainly a damn sight more helpful than the shite you are posting!

You will probably not get "english" anything in Pattaya but what is on offer is english recipe stuff and that is what you get anywhere not in england as the cost of transporting it is prohibitive.Try it and then complain not the other way round. I would like to add that anyone who thinks Crazy Daves is a good place for Breakfast must drink as much as Crazy Dave ,either that or enjoy eating sawdust maquerading as sausage

You can get a big brecky in robins nest all you can eat 200,but the oil they cook it in tastes like diesel

 

The breckys in pats change every time I go quantities change costs go up.

I think the best deals are the new opening places I think they try harder

Stay clear of the Thai places the Thaïs just do not understand customer service restaurants or hotels

Wetherspoons on Soi Bukhao and the Irish restaurant (previously Oliver Twist - forgot the new name) on the corner of Pattaya Klang and the small road which leads to Soi 7 offer the closest to English breakfast you can get here.
