apartment/hotel in soi buakhow area

Sorry to ask this but the hotel review section is generally very much out of date. So can anyone recommend an apartment/hotel in the soi buakhow area? A guest friendly policy is a must. Hoping for a recommendation from someone who stayed in any featured establishment fairly recently. Thanks.

I was very impressed with my stay at the metro apartments on soi Lk metro in Nov. No hesitation in recommending this place!

2 of us stayed at Liquid Lounge last Oct/Nov total cost for 1 month (incl elect&water) 16500 bht! Large (45 sq met) well furnished room,highly recommended!

I paid about 600bahts a day all incl. at Chabba Hut for 2 months last year. I stayed in the Pink House. The pool and food there is good, the room ok, little bit of ant problem and as my room fronted the street, sometimes to much noise. Oh and the soundprofing between rooms is not the best.

 

Would I stay there again? On the whole yes, but only in the rooms as I found the bungalows not up to standard

J&P Court in Soi Lengkee is fine.

 

13 coins on Buakhow is cheaper but clean & good.

 

Any number of cheapies along Soi Chaiyapoon.
