I have one in the same block but 50m2 with own bedroom and lounge and 2 balcony's that you can buy for 1.25m or maybe rent, I will do a post in a couple of weeks with pictures [ only just got hear and need to relax a bit ]

Just from reading this thread, it appears to be TWICE THE PRICE of similar condos

Is your mate thai,strong thai baht,economic downturn,less visitors.So you decide top increase the price of the condo,and what basis are you asking for this sort of money for a shoe box,is that what he paid for it.
