l have enough quality furniture to fully furnish 2 studio apartments or a 2 bedroom apartment or house. All aircon apartments l have seen always are for rent including furniture, of no use to me. l would appreciate any suggestions from u long time Pattaya BMs who may know of the location of any totally UNFURNISHED-EMPTY aircon apartments available for rent anywhere in Naklua/Pattaya/Jomtien/Dark-side etc.

I know of somebody that has a unfurnished one bed apartment in View Tallay, that they may be looking to rent.

I Have spoken to the people with the apartment, they have decided to furnish it and put it on the market.

Most professional landlords will remove furniture and reduce the rent but amateurs will not as they have no other use for the furniture.

 

New developments these days (though not in your budget I know) tend to come made up rather than concrete walls as it can take years for people to sort out condos and some are never finished.

The best bet is either a girls type room or be prepared to put in your own aircon.

 

On the dark side, you can get 2 bed houses starting at about 6/7k a month but my experience is that 10k gets you a nice 2 bed 2 bath place with all new facilities so why bother with shit for 2/3 k cheaper ?
