If you aint had some scran at Cafe Uno over on the Darkside, you are missing out on one of Pattaya's best kept secrets. They serve probably the best burger in all of Pattaya. I have never been disappointed with a meal there yet.

 

The owner is a dodgy Pomgolian, but alright I guess. Bwahahahahahaha! :clueless ;)

Errmmm. Those do look rather good. Home made chips too if I'm not mishtaken.. Shame I'm so far away.

 

I think maybe it's about time we had a build-your-own-burger evening at Chez Cap. Spaghetti with fresh clams for lunch today (yeh really!).

 

My mouth is now watering quite dangerously...

never mind the burgers 2guns although they are bloody good, i had the chicken one this trip, never had better 2guns

what about the uno breakfast? got to be the best breakfast in pattaya, darkside or brightside 2guns

it's on Kao Noi, just a bit before Noi's bar on the same side (left if you're coming from Suk.)

^10am-10pm Closed Tuesdays. Pizza though is only served from 6pm unless you phone through 1hr before (It takes that long for my pizza oven to get hot)

Chef panini is my favorite meal but, there's many great choices on his menu :rolleyes:

Emmmmmmmmm, English Brekky served at Cafe Uno. Looks delish dunnit?

 

Pitch the tomato and the beans, and it's a wonderful looking meal.

 

I must remember to say "hold the beans" next time I have an English breakfast. Once they touch the eggs, I have to do surgery on the eggs.

 

Btw, it does look excellent.

Just returned from my 1st visit to Cafe Uno, it certainly won`t be my last, what a gem of a place this is!

 

I opted for the Cheesburger with Jalapeno peppers, alongside some homemade chips ( not those crappy french fries they serve in Bobs ), it was simply exceptional. The salad & sauce were also spot on.

 

My meal with a coke came to 195 Baht, so if 'reasonably priced' is part of your criteria, you can tick that box too...

 

Had a brief chat with the owner who is a sound guy, he certainly seems to know his stuff, the decor of the place reminded me of one of the better bistro`s you can find back home, all very agreeable indeed.

Get yourself a good meal in Cafe Uno. Then go round the corner for a short time in Dao Bar (Great bar for 3somes) and then pop up to Noi's bar for a few. Great way to start an evening!!

 

 

Sounds bloody good to me,eat too much,drink too much and you know the other lol
