For those familiar with FBF...that's Fat Boy Friday breakfasts I challenge you to take on this little lot....!!!

Mario's Cafe in Warren Street, London do a big breakfast for £10.

Eat it all in 20mins and you get it free.

· 10 bacon,

· 10 Eggs,

· 10 sausages,

· 10 slices of toast,

· 5 black puddings,

 

The breakfast packs in 5,000 calories - nearly twice the recommended daily intake for an average man.

A spokesman for the British Heart Foundation said: "Eating this amount in one sitting is not a good idea."

I'm like this guy. I could eat that in 20 minutes no problem, except for the black pudding.

Could you please explain to me how it is humanly possible to eat a Quadruple burger (or even a Triple... (or even a Double...)) without eating like a pork ?

Yeah, you get 10 of everything else but only 5 slices of black pudding..... what's that about?

My favourite was actually in Venezuela of all places, used to get served with the barbecues...morcilla....very nice.

Black pudding is delicious, but is best taken with HP sauce IMHO, though it does go well with baked beans, so I can see your ketchup reasoning.

 

Getting back to that breakfast, I reckon on a good day I could do it, but no way with 5 toast, and not in 20 minutes. TBH is is really a waste of food. I know it's a gimmick, but I reckon half of it gets binned, a poor reflection on western culture and taste IMHO.
