Have been that way for several years. Always make it a point to have the FnC with Guinness at the P&W when in Patts... Expensive as compared to many other places but quality stuff!

Sure you did not ask for 2 pieces as I eat there all the time and either me or g/f have fish and chips and I have never seen this happen to us or others around us.

Don't know and could be from the bay. All I know it's tasted good. Real good.

Well, I missed a good man's Buddhist funeral ceremony this morning, but at least I was there to remember him last Friday night !

Try the beef stew at the Pig & Whistle. They give you a hugh bowl and it is very good. Actually I found all of their items to be good and ate there a number of times during my past 2 trips to Pattaya. Their traditional Christmas dinner was excellent also.
