For me it's just an effect of the "ghost" white makeup that many ladies use here.

 

Its pixelated around the edges if you look close enough you can see it.

 

Wasnt really too suspicious until I saw her profile on FB... obviously a fake, and some of the comments were very obviously written by a Falang imitating a Thai's broken english lol.
