Siam Bayview charged about 10 years ago the last time I stayed their.

I stayed at the Sabai Empress back in september. They do not charge a joiner fee. Unsure if the policy change if you bring more then one, as I did'nt try. Generally very pleased with the hotel. New, clean rooms, good bathrooms, nice, but kind of small roofside pool. Friendly staff. Good value for money IMHO.
