I paid 400 bht a night last trip at Le Ketai.

I haven't stayed at JP for a while, but I think it's around 600 with a pool and elevator.

I am disappointed if such side sois are going to cost such amounts. I always thought of Lengkee and the surrounding areas as a long stayers area with reasonable prices, as it's not exactly tourist central.

where in Lengkee are asking that much ?

That China Gardens Boutique Hotel. The dearest have a jacuzzi in the room, and may be a bit more than 1200. Not sure how much the cheapest are.

Looked at the China Garden a few days ago and it's 500 baht for standard room, without balcony and 800 baht for jacuzzi room if you stay 2 weeks or more now in the low season.
