I arrive in pattaya on Tuesday. It has been waaaaaaay too long since I was there. I was wondering what the current ST and LT rates are for freelancers and bar girls.

I would go 1/2 that for freelancers, or bar girls. That's about right for gogo girls, maybe more depending on what others are paying her, or your negotiation skills.
