Was thier 2 weeks ago - great food - great service - very consistant to every visit I have made - BG I was with enjoyed her Thai food,

Never had a problem yet.

 

The food not being hot is interesting point - I like my food hot but many place especially round the Med, the culture is the food should be warm not hot as this is better for consumption, I like my food piping hot, but some cultures prefer warm or luke warm, never understood these foriegners :-)

Interesting to note that the guts of this topic has been the food and the ambience of the place. I think that when it opened the expectation was that it was going to be a top pick-up joint but it has never seemed to reach that status. There are always girls there and some quite fair but I was interested to note that every seat at the small bar was taken up the other night by girls only. No guys just simply a bunch of girls having a good natter in decent surroundings and not giving a hoot about the men. This place has IMHO worked really well but not perhaps in the way it was originally planned. This is no criticism, only my opinion but perhaps others have another view on the place?

 

The number of FL goes up after 9PM.

Stopped by the PBG for dinner with BG. Food was served within 10 minutes. BG enjoyed the Thai food. I was pleased with the quality of my meal.

A regular stop on my last visit. Food more than adequate with a pleasant atmosphere.

 

Could do with some better lighting on the outer tables so you can see what your food looks like and a few ferns and other plants would give the joint more of a "garden" ambiance.

The bad lighting puts me off of the place which is a shame because the times that I have eaten in there with friends the grub has been A1 and the prices very reasonable but I do like to see what I am eating. A proper lamp on each table would rectify the problem immediately.

Love the place, early evening in for some food, read the paper (please stop doing the Daily Mail crosswords - whoever you are) and then onto wherever. I've also seen some fantastic lightning shows out at sea from here during the evening.

 

One complaint, albeit a pedantic one, please change the music videos.

Last time I went there with a Thai girl I had some reasonable Thai food and she had the fish and chips! Go figure.

I am a regular there and never noticed any bugs at all, try to get a seat overlooking the sea, its a great spot.
