or does anyone have the email address and/or webchat URL for 12 call ?

I have been looking for an online help chat or as a minimum an email address for 12 Call but cannot find it in their pages. I DID post the message below on their facebook page - but it did not look like it was a very active page - so I would appreciate your help if you know either the URL/email address or the answer to my questions:

I have a HTC Desire S bought in Denmark. Can I can 3G data on it from 1-2 Call (I cannot from DTAC because of different frequencies) ?

At present I have a prepaid Happy DTAC card and it works well (except for the 3G). I am visiting Thailand 1 or 2 times per year so I need a package that has a low maintenance cost (so if I add 300 or 600 or 1000 baht before I go home I have 12 months validity) - even if the calls/sms'es then will be a little more expensive. The option of online top-up would be nice too (hopefully without needing to turn on the phone - since roaming from Denmark is not cheap).

Do you have a good option for me or should I rather stay with DTAC and just settle with GRPS instead of 3G ?

Go to AIS and you will find 12call. My suggestion is that when in Pattaya you go to AIS at either Tucom or Central Paza and discuss your needs. I spent 500 baht to upgrade my plan a year ago as I was forever topping up. Its now got about 12 months expiracy so I can keep same number no problems.

I have had the same phone number in Thailand for 8 years now with 12Call..

As I live here I am not worried about expiration or losing my number from non-usage.

I started out on Freedom Planet and got the roaming option as I knew I would be calling overseas. One day I discovered that calls to different networks were really expensive, and did a switch on-line. I think they took 50 baht off me to do that. Now my plan is listed in Thai..โทรสบาย[1.50B]. I keep my balance over 500 baht and currently there is over 200 days on it's validity. I subsequently bought a 2 SIM phone and now use TRUE (Inter SIM) just for cheap international calls to landlines, which I use frequently.

Here is a web-page talking about plans and promotions....http://www.ais.co.th/12call/en/promotion.html

I can't be bothered ploughing through it, last nights beer and GGB noise has left me squeamish.
