Off the top of my head: the sandwich is 900 calories. Running a mile and a half? 400 calories. Go run another mile and a half.

If the sub is 8" long and 8" wide it will be a lot more than a cheap shitty one 8" long and barely an inch wide.

I think you burn some calories just sitting around doing nothing.

 

Exercise is a good thing, though. One time I used to run 4-5 miles every morning without fail. In the afternoon I'd take a walk on the boardwalk at the beach. I got so much exercise every day that I could eat anything I wanted and never gain any weight.
