Im coming to Pattaya in end of May / June to be with the wife of another man who wants to watch me and her together.

 

He wants to be secret from his wife, so wants to be on the balcony. They are staying in Jomtien

 

Ergo, Im looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a balcoy that are private, and dont face onto a pool / road / people watching in L shaped / U shaped hotel, ideally in Jomtien

 

Any advice will be great, and I appreciate its not an usual question

Where are you coming from? I ask you this as you have Thailand written on your face page. For this type of Balcony you are looking for - you could Google "Jomtien Condos" there is a very high rise building with curved balconies that are very private and im sure many are available for rent

Back to OP The SandySpring (seaview, overlooking swimming pool) rooms have private balconies that are not overlooked, provided you avoid the 08 suffix (eg 508,608). The suites do not have private balconies meeting your criteria. For a month or more, View Talay villas, also have a private pool but rental is fairly pricey. I'm sure there are many others!
