Don't confuse 240v AC lines with cable lines.

That's the formula for Wattage, not current. The current is what kills you. V/R = I

 

Your premise is correct though, the higher the voltage the better your chance of dying.

 

You also lose resistance as you get sweaty and fatigued, so if you've worked 7 hours and you're on the last hour of the day, best to save the light work for then.

Thanks for the Electircal Engineers for explaining that your more liklely to die from 10,000 volts than you are from sticking your tongue in a 9 volt battery

 

Are their any physctists on the board that can confirm if your more likely to die being hit by a feather or a mack truck
