So who do u support, with showing your distaste for stoke and hughes, not forgetting the stokie girls.GO ON,say your from fucking Crewe, i would laff me bolox off

I've never expressed any distaste for Stoke City. That's your imagination playing tricks. I actually have a lot of time for Tony Pulis ... I think he averaged close to 1.4 points per game during his six years at Stoke under Coates.

He left a team that won the league by about 13 points.   Everton are above Man U , despite Moyes taking their best player of last season to Man U. Moyes isn't up to the job. He never could motivat

Do you think Man U would be 14 points behind the Leaders at this stage of the season if Fergie was still Manager?

So we can assume your in depth analysis and solutions for my team are based on this riding statement then ?

His football was horrible as u pointed out.My concern was u still think that, thats why i believe u dont know much about football. It,s probably one of the most talked about topics in premier league football at the moment, how Stoke City are eveolving under Mark Hughes and u still think we play hoofball.

btw

U still havent said who u support, maybe a bargirl???? lol lol

I never pointed out anything negative about Tony Pulis or Stoke City's style of football. That's your imagination at work again. Why do you feel compelled to make things up? As it is, I'll be the first to congratulate them if they match Arsenal on Sunday - it'll be a good indication of how far they've "evolved".

I currently support Songkhla United. I follow Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund and Arminia Bielefeld - reflecting where I've spent most of my adult life.

Hi,

Looking forward to the Manchester derby tomorrow. Kun Aquero and Wayne Rooney are two of my fav players in the Premiership. United look a bit suspect at the back but it will probably be a tight game and a draw would not surprise me.

Hi,

Cardiff would have been good for a night out last night as they beat Man City. Let's hope it becomes a fortress this season as it's nice to see the "big teams" get a kicking now and then. Kompany seems to be a critical player for City and they lack organisation in defence without him. I've got stick on other forums for saying that Hart is a poor keeper. He had a few good seasons but was poor last season and has been poor for England this season already. Seems a nice lad but maybe success has gone to his head ? Mourinho is playing his usual mind games with Moyes on the run up to tonights game. Mourinho had a great record against Fergie and it will be interesting to see how Moyes does against him. Wellbeck seems an improved player for Utd and with RVP should get plenty of goals. Will Rooney make the move to Chelsea ?

I am with you re Hart I think he is terrible, Rooney has started like a train a great have v Chelsea, until the Phil Jones kicked his head off, he is rated highly by Blackburn fans I don't see it...

Van Persie missing v Chelsea and the 2 Madrid games last year ,,, great talent but is he a choker ?

Good to see Liverpool start well, Suarez to come back,,,

Will be the same few as last year I can see Liverpool getting 4th or Spurs..

Welbeck is a runner never looks as if the ball is under control...

Great start with city and Chelsea super squads losing lets hope it's an open season...

Totally stuffed this evening :stomp: … and we didn't even play particularly badly! Jeez ... even Nasri was tracking back and " biting" in defence :help

We have a winner! :thumbup

RdC the first to go but what about his 14 Samurai with no EPL experience? What a nightmare scenario! An expensive science project for Sunderland.

Didn't watch the Manchester derby but obviously a good result for City. Will catch the replay tonight. Still not convinced that Fellaini is Man U quality. Can be brilliant on his day but lacks consistency.

Arsenal too good for my boys despite Stoke having plenty of possession. We just didn't know what to do with it in the final third of the pitch.

Ozil enjoying a dream start to life in the EPL and Ramsey looks a different player this season.

Some soft goals on our part. Why, oh FUCKING why, can't we get a man on each post to defend corners??!!!

Worked OK for Fergie and Man U over the years!

Our new No. 10 Marko Arnautovic looks the real deal. Plays with plenty of confidence which is a start.

CanWin Jones's poor first touch cost us of some chances.

Such is life ...

Hi,

What a performance by Kun and the City boys! Nasri looked as good as he did when he played for us. Stoke were in the game until the third goal for Arsenal. Good away win for Spurs at Cardiff. Di Canio didn't last long at Sunderland which should please a few on here. Can't remember the last time the two North London teams were up together at the top of the table? Early days as Liverpools home defeat shows.Well done Southampton.

Hi,

Great away victory for Hull against Newcastle. They must have a fighting chance of staying up after that performance. Everton and Villa had great away wins as well. Everton look even better this year with new signings and Martinez in charge.

Just watching the derby replay. It's 4-0 now it is ...

Man City look a different team with Kompany back. Yaya, Nasri, Aguero all having blinders.

RVP's absence is huge, but apart from Rooney, too many Man U players are invisible.

Moyes has to shuffle the team. What's he owe Ashley Young? Midfield is totally ineffective.

Evil Kagawa not happy! :cry2

Hi,

Spurs v Chelsea is the game of the weekend. No love lost between the teams or the managers at this stage. Arsenal have a difficult away game at Swansea as have City at Villa. The other game of interest is Liverpools at Sunderland. I'm sorry to see Di Canio go as he is an interesting character and should have been given more time IMO.

A perfect day for the Arsenal :clap2:

Agreed. Good game. Thought Swansea deserved their goal.

I was pleased at Spurs' performance. Thought it was the first EPL game where they started to congeal as a team. They did well against the second half onslaught from an established Chelsea team. Have been most impressed with Eriksen out of the new batch of signings. Not too sure about Lamela, he needs to start earning his cash. Defoe is on fire and should be played more.

Haven't seen the two Manchester games yet but did have a chuckle when I saw the results.

I agree with everything you say. What City needs is to move Yaya Toure more forward so he is constantly involved. They also need a striker.

United needs Sir Alex back but that won't happen. I did not see their match today but if they play Fellaini like they did his first BPL match for ManU, which is how Everton played him this year and is the same thing that City is doing with Yaya Toure now, then they are wasting one of the most creative players on the pitch. However Toure makes the best of a bad situation he is so gifted.

Of all the teams I have watched this year, Arsenal is the best and should get better when Santi Cazorla gets back from injury. They could use one more striker and some defense at the next transfer window.

Chelsea's Jose Mourinho is an enigma to me. He has this thing against Juan Mata - perhaps the most creative midfielder of all I have mentioned. Last week he did not make the top 18. Today he goes in to start the second half and was man of the match. Is this a conflict of egos? I have always been a Frank Lampard fan since I started watching the EPL here in America but he is aging and not among the top three midfielders they have. I like Mata, Oscar and Hazard. Mikel does not add much on offense but it is not all about offense. John Terry was excellent today on offense and very good on defense. He made a couple of uncharacteristic mistakes in the box but no harm done. I am not a Chelsea fan but have always enjoyed Terry's ability to shut down the middle in front of the goal. I know he has had issues in his personal life and related to the English team but on the pitch he is a stud.

I am not sold on Tottenham and certainly Southampton will go lower on the table.

Is the Biter playing tomorrow? If so, what becomes of Sturridge? Daniel Sturridge has been one of the bright spots for Liverpool this year. He is fun to watch. Perhaps we will see Luis Suarez and Sturridge up top tomorrow. That could be fun also. With the money Liverpool is playing Suarez you know they need to play him for harmony sake.

Congrats to West Brom! Goes to show why they actually play the games in sports. Manchester United fans must have crossed this match off as a win when the schedules came out!

Paps,

The Tot'num Hot Spurs ad that was posted a while back was part of a big advertising campaign for the Premier League being shown live in the US (NBC?).

Sorry Tom I missed this before.

NBC's NBC Sports Plus (they have another name also but forgot it) have 5 matches live per weekend. 3 Saturday and 2 Sunday - that end just in time for the NFL games on Sunday.

Also, if you go to NBC sports online you can watch other games live on the computer. I bet they have replays as well but have not checked.

Of course some of this may require certain internet providers or cable, etc, packages where you live. I do not know that.

At a minimum, the last of Saturday's matches is on national NBC. Anyone with a TV can get that.

Also, one match was even on MSNBC or CNBC last week, so if something else is on the others they move the match to one of those. Forgot which.

Man U look totally disorganized.

Moyes fields mostly the reserves, saving the big guns for the CL game and gets punished accordingly.

Fook me days, even Anderson got a run, I mean a trot!

Tottenham were decent the first half but in the end were lucky to hold on for a draw. Chelsea looked a different team when Mata came on.

Pulis For Man U! :bhappy

Pulis for Derby apparently ! :rotflmao

Whoever takes over from "Coco" di Canio is going to have a hard time. The players there are hardly worthy of a Championship side, and look similar to an Italian Serie B side ! :o

Hi,

Great performance from West Brom to take on United on their home turf. Villa were short their top two attackers and beat City. Like United I think City had their eyes on the CL during the week. Hull are hanging in there and another good performance from Southampton. At this stage I'd say Palace look certain to go down and Fulham need to improve if they are not to suffer a similar fate. Arsenal win a tough away game and gooners must be happy with performances so far.

Stoke looked clueless in the first half against a spirited Norwich team.

We're certainly passing it more this season ... but tonight it was mostly backwards when we should be pushing forward on the break or gifting it to the opposition! :angry2 :flames: :ninja:

Back to the drawing board. :cry2

First very poor performance mate.

Norwich sussed us out, they pushed on our back four who were useless at controlling and passing.Second half houghton knew that we would have to go long ball style, when Crouch came on,Abit of pressure but it was one of the worst performances since we were in the premiership.Hope this doesnt happen at Fulham,we need 3 points there

Hi,

What a great performance by Suarez. Coming back from a long ban hasn't fazed him at all. Liverpool still look a bit light in midfield without Coutinho who has been a revelation. I haven't seen the Stoke game yet but I thought that might have been a draw. Stoke still need a few more signings if bratbacks assesment is correct. Mark Hughes knows how we wants to play but you need the right players to carry it out.

Some say we need a goal scorer. We need everybody to contribute to our scoring. The midfield are awful at scoring, same as the forwards.I think our style of play will get better under Hughes, and 7 points from 6 games, gives us 42 points minimum. and safety. The table looks bleak but it does for man u too lol,a win at Fulham could put us up to 6-8 so no worries just yet.

Will support them thru thick and thin, thats our tradition.
