Cherry's Restaurant Buffet

Recommended Posts

Thanks for the photos and report Patna...the food looks great. I especially like the looks of the shrimp kebob...do they have a salad bar?

I hope to get up there and check it out soon. Cheers

Yes they have a good salad bar with fresh Salmon and beetroot and a few other items that are rare in Pattaya

Looks great, but the portions are very small.

This is buffet, you make the portions yourself but there's no way I could eat more than this. The thing is that you have approx. 15 kinds of different dishes.

everything...with the exception of the beef...looked good. thanks for the photos.

Uhm...if you're referring to this last batch, I did not have any beef. The lamb was not bad though, but the best was the parrot fish (hardly visible on the pic) and duck liver is my weakness.

That looks good Patna, and the pics made me salivate.

A much better presentation of smoked salmon too. :D

Colourful, but is that how it is presented to the customer at the table?

I wouldn't like the melting ice as I ate myself.

This is nice....

But I was quite happy with 'lox and bagels' in the USA too.

The trick is to eat it before the ice melts but the key word is gravity and the salmon is on top. True, it is raw salmon as opposed to smoked salmon which does make a difference. I love them both though...

and I bet your name isn't JSpence either. Or is it? :D

Well it is a healthy serving and perhaps the ice would not survive.

I prefer mine smoked, and of course I Googled the pic!

Nothing beats smoked salmon with capers and a splash of balsamic vinegar accompanied by toast with butter, caviar sorry, fish eggs on top and some dry champagne. The ideal Sunday brunch in bed with Devon Aoki...

Or,if she is not available, and certainly she is not to me, perhaps as a starter in First Class en-route to Thailand.

A bowl of jellied eels and a photo of Margret Rutherford in nothing but her support tights does it for me….But I'm hard to please.

If Margret Rutherford is the lady who looks like Michel Simon, then yes, you are hard to please although I do see similarities between the jellied eels and the albino boa constrictor...
