2 Alarm Fire is back alive and well from Pattaya. My buddy and I are forever changed men. We owe a great deal of respect and thanks to our new friend IB at RG. The hotel was immaculate. The buffet was awsome. Words cannnot describe the level of comfort we had while staying at this fine hotel....lets call it a resort because thats the way we were treated. Only problems we had were the fact that there was no hot water in the second bathroom and the AC in the second bedroom was not fully working. One chat with IB however fixed all problems within 15 minutes. What service!!!! He has excellent staff who take care of all your needs. This hotel in my books will be the one I stay at from now on. We had the 2 room suite top floor on the side, room 2501. I'm sure the place had to be sterilized prior to next occupancy because of the amount of daubachery that occured. All in all it was out of the fray of things which was nice to come back to, and the big kicker was that the ladies really liked it!!It was quite, except for the constant fireworks because of the Chinese New Year and that was understandable. Ib...beware...I'm bringing more Firefighters in August and hopefully you can fit us all in.

Hey Deuce,

      See you at the Residence Gdns in May Im there fron 23 April to 22 May, its my 1st outing to Pty so looking forward to some fun, and alot of diving with Mermaid Diving. got to do a brush up in the pool at the RG,guy thats trying to avoid drowning in the RG pool with all the kit on will be me,   :P gonna do some Go cart racing as well and maybe your up fer a race?? 8).

I will be there again in May from the 25 through the 29.  This is one great hotel, clean, modern, great guest policy,a nd the TG's love it.  I almost had a heart attack there shagging a pair of tarts together, but that was, of course, self-induced! he he  All in all, the only place I will ever book on future trips. It looks like there will be a few FLB members at the RG in April/May.

It looks like a real go-karting event is off the cards but a crazy thrash round the circuit with the survivor winning will be the way of things, everyone fer dem selves.

This place is off the beaten thrack. How far a walk is it to a baht bus or Walking Street? I hope to be there the first part of June.

A 1 minute ride will take you to Marine Plaza, from there a 1 minute walk to walking street.
