Tried repeatedly to book a Thai Air flight to Manila Philippines but the web site was down again.

No wonder this company are in the shit with debts and need to shed 5000 staff.

In frustration booked with Philippine Airlines.

Cost 3970 baht one way.

I've never found the Thai Air website to be down completely, just hard to use, sometimes. It can be somewhat of a difficult experience, just to book a flight.

Good price. It will cost you that for a domestic flight with Bangkok Air from BKK to Koh Samui as they own the airport

As I have already mentioned elsewhere Thai Air seem to be a law unto themselves. I keep looking at their web site for a change (lowering) in air fares but to no avail. If they keep going as they are now they will totally cost themselves out of of my local market.
