Hi all , anybody has an idea for a budget hotel no pool required ?

Since the person has legproblems an elevator is a plus.

New Honey hotel in Soi honey isn't bad, if a bit small.

You can get a great room at Changthong House on Soi Diana for about 900 Baht per night, including an adequate breakfast. No pool, but good elevators and good staff. Cherry (on reception) speaks reasonable English and is a good help in everything. Laundry costs are reasonable.

You might consider the Jasmine hotel - http://www.jasminehotel-pattaya.com - in Soi BJ just off Walking Street. They have some ground floor rooms and an elevator. I have seen guests using wheel-chairs and mobility scooters.

Can back up the Changthong. Haven't stayed there myself, but visited someone staying there a few weeks back. I was quite impressed as to standard and value of room.

The Winner Place next to D Apartment. New, no pool, elevator, latest security features. Good cheap laundry on same soi. About 1100/night.

Plenty of budget hotels and guest houses on soi lengkee and a quiet nights sleep, I stayed at pallin house for 600 bt a night with all you need A/c fridge tv and laundry and room safe at reception. Good luck.
