MEATLOAF

Tonite's menu, meatloaf, with mashed potato's, broccoli with cheese sauce n sliced tomato's, was very good, I liked the cheese sauce on the broccoli, added a different element to the standard steamed broccoli, and I added 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper to the meatloaf mix, to kick it up a notch, wasn't hot, but it did make my lips tingle on the after-taste ! I should open a restaurant, just so you guys can get a sampling of my cooking. Too bad they don't have smell-a-vision or taste-a-vision on this forum. HA! HA! HA!
