If you are to spend some time in Bangkok, you could try Gulati, Cnr Sukhumvit Rd. and Soi 3. I have purchased suits nowhere else during the last 10 years.

Love it! -
I have a 12-month multiple entry visa issued in Australia. When I initially arrived in Thailand this trip, I was given 90 days. I then went to Cambodia for 19 days and on returning to Thailand was given a further 90 days. Therefore, it would seem that you would not have to use the initial period before applying for an extension. Hope this helps. May see you Saturday night.

The banking industry is almost as deserving as the politicians who decided that every American should own a house whether they could afford one or not. -

bar scene in Third Road

For conviviality only (no girls) you could try Harry's Bar, between The Castle and Darling Bar and near Buffalo Bar. A small bar frequented by mainly Brits and Aussies. Harry has been around the block a few times and is always good for a yarn. -

Thank you so much Jboy. I await your report with great anticipation. -
If you don't mind the effort of catching a baht bus to Naklua (only 10bt and you can see a different aspect of Pattaya at the same time), you could try the electrical goods store on the northern side of the main intersection just before the seafood market. In my experience a better price than all the large department stores, plus they've heard of old-fashioned service.

Please give us news of your decision as soon as possible. The suspense is killing me.

I'm getting worried about myself, D. For once I agree with you. I attempted to dine at Greg's Kitchen some 3-4 years ago with a mutual acquaintance of ours. Made the mistake of ordering fish and chips. Was served one of the worst examples of the dish I've ever encountered. Rejected the "meal". By the time I had gone through all the channels and Greg finally arrived at the table our acquaintance, who had wisely ordered something more foolproof, had finishedf his meal. Out of consideration for him, I declined Greg's offer of an alternative dish. Was still billed for the "fish and chips" regard

I agree that the above opinions are indeed an interesting read and capable of causing much debate. Thank you. On the subject of global warming the Chinese response is, of course, that the problem is exacerbated by foreign countries establishing factories in China. In addition, I found that the standard response to any contentious question was "This is normal for China". I would not be averse to the U.S.A. leading the world as the author suggests, if only it knew the correct direction in which to go. Clearly, it has not exhibited this capability in recent years. Far from heading for

I beg to differ with the assertion: "The reality is that the U.S.A. is still by far the most influential country in the world". Have you been to China recently?. For far too long the books of the U.S.A. have been "cooked" to disguise the fact that the value of of what was seen as assets has been artificially inflated on the back of cheap credit. Now that some parties are (rightly) declining to participate in the charade of "pass the parcel" ("asset"), the supply of credit is evaporating and the economy is unravelling. This has caused pain for not only the U.S.A. but other countries whi

So far, my favourite breakfast place has been The Ritz on Soi 13/1 but the breakfast at Sailor Bar sounds good to me - I'll try it when next in town. I've seen the bar but please refresh my memory regarding its location.
