Off Topic Slightly but what would the AC costs be a month if the AC was on 15 hours a day every day of the month

there is some good deals around at the moment , Hotels normally in the 2000baht price range are at 1000-1250 , I checked out Sabai Empress on second road yesterday ,very impressive rooms , the hotel is about 5 months old so everything is modern, however it has no balcony so my freind didnt want to stay there. At the Sabai Lodge the more expensive wings like Sabai Wing, Ruen Thuen Deluxe rooms all normally 1800-2250 , Sabai has a sale on the moment and all the rooms are about 40% off the intenret or normall rates, so the rooms are costing 1200 a night.

Torrents normaly come down as .rar file once you unzip or(unrar) the file the movie file will appear in its source. avi , mp3, .wmv etc If the the file is .rar then you need winrar to unzip it, You may have to download a trial version of winrar or even a cracked version from a torrent site when you say unzip in order you only have to click on the one file and that automatically unzips the rest in order

Location Point of view is minimal , if you plan on experiencing all area's Pattaya then Soi 8 is marginally better located than soi 2,

A Big shopping Centre

Sabai Lodge for me to , 4 pools , has two gogos virtually next door plus a heap of beer bars close by. Big C and the Soapies are approx 100metres away. baht buses travel down Soi2 so baht buses are always going past the hotel and by baht bus you are approx 2 minutes from Soi 6 , 5 minutes to soi 7-8 and 10 minutes to walking street

Last August , i stayed one week at Areca which I booked , then at Kerati Home Stay (which i wouldnt recomend) on Soi LK , just walked in , that was shit so changed hotels to pasadena 4 nights later. This year sounds a lot quiter , you wont have any problems finding vavanices in at least one of the hotels on your list

I was there in August and ordered your mixed thai beer snacks 2-3 times both at night and during the day I also had a meal there also one night never had a problem with the time in being served. Obviously Business has really picked up , however its such a nice relaxing place to kick back enjoy the view and the breeze I am sure not too many punters are complaining.

Only Bar in Pattaya I have been in where I was totally ingnored couldn't get a girl to come near me. Even getting the drinks girls over was a task.

Thats cheaper than low season rates, i stayed there in september last year and paid more than that. Have you personally checked the rooms as i am thinking you may have one of the small rooms out the front which are the worst in the hotel , however if you have checked it out and are happy then thats a damm good price in high season

I thought the food was reasonably priced , there is probably about a 50% mark up on a cafe at street level , cheaper than most upmarket walking street eateries. So IMO definatley worth a try once ,on a clear night

From sateefs picture you can see the glass panels above the doors and windows, the room is never dark becuase the light from the hall gets into the room through these panels/windows. You can also see the doors is very thin and the window is just a flimsy venetian type.

Stayed here recently and the balcony doors and slats for windows didnt only fail to keep the noise out, they failed to keep the mosquito's out , i was eaten alive. They also failed to keep the cool air in , despite running the air-cond 24/7 which you can here the room was never cool enough. Nice rooms and quite a nicely designed place but couldn't recomend anyone stay there.

You wont get passed the first set of beer bars next door to areca, Where your staying is IMO the best area in Patts plnty of bars nearby in each direction.

Thats becuase there is an automatic exclusion written into them , excluding any damage if the house is unoccupied for more than 60 consecutive days

Is it the fact that they are charging 5% that is the violation, iknow hundreds of places in australia that pass on the merchant fee to the customer.
