Thai A340-500 Premium economy was in a differnet class that the Delta "Comfort Econonmy" The Thai PECON had a seat pitch of 42". The Delta pitch is 35". A seat is removed from the PECON row, but not the Delta row. Even Thai's regular economy had a pitch of 36"
