  1. Me neither, perhaps its to do with the recent update/upgrade, and a few more fixes needed
  2. Hi Billions Do you have a link to the Sweethearts Cam ? I could not find it
  3. I looked at Retox cam the other day. It was quite funny, because it was around 5am Thai time and the place was empty apart from seeing a little white dog sitting on the table, where breakfasts would be served later, and two girls looking half a sleep, glued to their smart phones.
  4. I never take the "Star" exclusives too seriously. But it could be good news as well if Air fares come down, but I think the article relates more to package tourists. Once the advisories are lifted (presuming no more bombs) it will probably pick up again. As MLC says there are plenty of other countries that have experienced terrorist bombs. Could be a low, high season this year though.
  5. Maybe if the move the sea back 6 feet then that will be the solution
  6. I use a few, like Ping, Barclays app, Skype, BBC iPlayer, Here, Whatsup, Facebook messenger and Avast on my Samsung phone
  7. You never know what you are stepping in when it floods. A few jobbies floating around for sure that have come back from the drain. The drainage system must be one of the oldest in Pattaya in Chayapoon. I dont think they have ever dug up and replaced the main sewer pipe.
  8. For as long as I can remember, Soi Chayapoon has been full of pot holes, which get filled and then reappear days later. At night there is no proper lighting especially once you get past the first few bars, coming from Buakao. I understand that Chayapoon is privately owned and very little is spent on repairs. Some say it should be bulldozed and rebuilt. Maybe it should. I always think of it as the oldest Soi, because although business come and go there, it has changed little over the years. A few months ago, I was driving up there one night on the bike and it was fraught to say the least
  9. I love Pecan pie, but I find it a bit dry on its own but with some Vanilla ice cream it is lovely . My mouth is watering at the thought
  10. Might depend on when the next General Election is held in Thailand
  11. That is a tough one with all the constant changes
  12. Did you visit the House of the Rising Sun, when you were there ??
  13. Video not showing Chris, at least not for me It says " a network change was detected"
  14. shit, I thought I edited that. Well spotted
  15. Well smoking in bars is meant to be illegal, but very few bars have a non smoking policy I dont think you will have any problems. You might want to look at this forum, where you will probably be able to get some answers as to where to get mods and liquid etc http://www.thailandvapers.com/
  16. I reckon they made a mistake. I wonder how many people were lucky enough to cash in before they realized ?
  17. Well, I can understand that, as it costs over a £1000 quid these days. The only real advantage is that she can get a UK Passport on the strength of it. But I agree, that it is not entirely necessary. Helps though if you fancy at trip over to France or Spain etc, and doesnt have to get a Visa before hand. Dont know how long it will last but at the moment she has duel citizenship.I heard that they may try and stop that in the future. There seems to be a bit of swank among some Thais here, in having a British Passport. A couple of her friends got it, then she wanted it. Same as an iPhone
  18. Looks like its gone down a bit today
  19. Yep it is a long process, but looking back, the first 6 months was a good test of time to see whether she wanted to stay and whether I wanted her to stay. Again more paperwork and ILS visas and fees in the UK until finally the Citizenship, which costs around a ground after she is there for 5 years. I found that it does get easier, but of course, getting married, made it all the easier. Had loads of ceremony pics taken, and submitted copies of invitation and of course the certificate itself. I thinks it is getting harder these days, but from my experience and a few other people I know in
  20. Fuck me, that is the highest the GBP has been in ages,
  21. That will definitely be within the next 10 years, if not a lot sooner
  22. Seem that some of the Police who are stopping vehicles are pissed as well lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSC1L0mf47A
