Finding a good Tailor can be a bit hit or miss. Always chose the cloth carefully and make sure that it is the same cloth that has been used to make your garment. I had 3 suits made up in Pattaya, by the Tailors nearest to the Green Bottle on 2nd road They looked the business, but did not last very long, as I used them for work. But a different story for a dress suit, that might be worn occasionally. But then again, when you look at the cost of having a suit made up, say, in the UK, then I think one can expect what they pay for, albeit labour costs being much cheaper.

I think that just about sums it up. It does not have to have anything to do with the quality of posts, it is more to do with whether someone likes the other person or not and also whether they agree with that person's post of not. That would show up as 100 red - in the rep of that member in just a week. Just as, if a number of members were to use their positive vote, it would be nearer 250 positive votes for reputation. I think its all bollocks, myself. Not many other forums activate the Rep function. Its a bit like school IMO. It does not actually mean anything, as anyone can activate the minus button if someone does not agree with their point of view, even if it is a good post, or even worse, if someone does not like another member, they can just use their quota of negative points everyday on that member. Joe makes some good posts, (I do not always agree with them) but I don't see why he should have a red negative and you a slimy green one, with teachers points I dont see that it reflects quality of posts at all, and what is a reputation ?? reputation for what ?? I see MM has the most positive points, probably just coincidence though, I guess.

From my experience, the best time to bargain is during low season, when the hotels and guest houses are less full. Xmas and New year, everything goes up anyway, and its much harder to find vacancies, unless you book ahead. Long stay is always more negotiable, IMO as they know that the room will be occupied on a daily basis over a period of time, where as it could be empty for 50% of that period, otherwise. I always stay at the same place, and have done so for the last 7 years. As a regular customer, I can always get a discount agreement, via email and always guarantee that the booking will not fail or that there are any hidden costs. Many hotels are reluctant to give discounts, as, if word gets around at the side of the swimming pool etc, that one customer is paying less than another, then others will ask for it too. I remember, many years ago I was staying in a hotel in Kata beach for a few days. It was just a stop gap, but most of the guests there were on a package trip. I got talking to a few of them at a bar, and told them how much I was paying. When they worked out what it would have cost, had they booked everything themselves including the flight, they realised that they were being charged double the rate that they would have paid if they had either booked themselves or just turned up. .

When I go to view new posts, I cannot see the posts I have made ???? I think they get the best both worlds. If they are dog ugly they have an excuse to cover their faces so not to offend others, where as I seen plenty of western women here in the UK who could certainly benefit society by covering their whole bodies, particularly in summer when they let all the fat hangover the bellies.
