  1. The Chunky Monkey spaghetti bolognese looks exactly like what I used to eat at least three times a week when at university.
  2. I admit that I do not know much about server hosting, but $150 per month sounds a bit expensive. A friend is running a simple forum on $35 per year. I use the paid version of the Tapatalk app. That is supposed to give some money to each forum I visit.
  3. Norwegian is like Mc Donalds. Not particularly good, but acceptable.
  4. I thought Trump wanted to ban muslims, not mobiles?
  5. I tried registered mail (EMS) and it worked! I paid 16 euros online and sent the envelope "poste restante" to the post office on Soi 13/2. I could track the mail on Thailand Post's web site and after 10 days the Thai girl could pick it up. She had to show ID and pay 2 baht to get it.
  6. Nice, but it has a soundtrack: oueeeeeeeeeeee......
  7. Checked some cost today: Registered mail $25 DHL $50 FedEx $220 (!)
  8. Unfortunately it is the opposite way: My signed originals are needed in Thailand.
  9. I want to send some documents to a thai lady in Pattaya. Her room does not seem to have any post delivery, which means I have no address to write on the envelope. Is it possible to send it "poste restante" to a post office or to a FedEx/DHL office and she go there to pick it up?
  10. I have a cheap Huawei as "thai lady and party phone". It is not very good, but considering it cost 10% of what an iPhone cost it is okay.
  11. I saw some very nice metal statues in Pattaya on my first trip in 2010. I did not buy anything at that time. Unfortunately the quality got worse and by 2015 when I checked the stall at Big C in north Pattaya there was nothing I wanted to buy.
  12. Thanks for the update. Reminded me to try this place in January.
  13. Don't you have roundabouts in the US? The last 20 years roundabouts have been built everywhere there is enough space here in Sweden. The roundabouts give more accidents, but less fatal ones. The bodyshops must love them.
