I thought the train would be fun too but arrgh. Most of the trains to Hua Hin from Bangkok are second class seats with a fan only but we took the early train (special express) which is supposed to be the only aircon one. It wasn't air conditioned at all. It took forever and it was freaking hot. They never seemed to speed up at all and constantly stopped. I think either their site is wrong or there was a train substitution. Dunno really. I didn't mind the one to Chiang Mai tho.

If they aren't 'proper' toilets then I rarely give a shit. By proper, I mean reasonably clean, have a bum gun and air or paper towels for your hands. If they have a communal towel then they fail in my book. If they charge then they are lucky that I don't piss on the walls or worse.

I'm landing around midnight and have a 21 hour layover before I'm off to AC so I just want a place to crash with WIFI . I'm not really interested in going to Sukhumvit as mostly I will just sleep and maybe go for a walk and get a regular massage. A late checkout will be necessary so I'd prefer a place that wont charge me for a second full day as I'll be checking out at ~ 16:00 tho if it's cheap enough then I guess it doesn't matter.
