Just curious if one can take the bike to Hua Hin. I sometimes end up doing 3 rentals as I may start and finish my hols in Patts and have a side trip as well. One rental would be better.

I was travelling south on Sukhumvit going to the Silver Lake winery and I was pulled aside by the coppers at a traffic light. My IDL was all in order and I was let go. 'My girl' told me that I didn't leave enough room for those behind me to turn left and that was the reason that I was stopped. I did leave plenty of room btw.

I find a lot of first class to be empty or nearly empty on many of my flights. Can they really make a profit with First class being I remember returning to LHR thru Delhi. I was asked to show my ticket a total of 6 times going thru customs and baggage check etc. When the air waitress asked me the final time I pulled out my ticket and was given special treatment and was ushered to a really nice seat . Fook, this is great I thought. Then the bugger noticed that I had accidentally produced my BKK to DEL ticket rather than the DEL to LHR one. I was dropped like a hot potato obviously.

I posted on the 'Russian' thread how I felt crowded by three Indians at an exchange booth. I was changing 1000 US (35.000 baht at the time) and the exchange girl was holding onto the funds while the whole thing was happening. Was I protecting my money or my personal space? is 35,000 worth getting beaten?

I remember two instances (cattle class). One was on Cathay and they left a nice note saying that a meal would still be available. The other was on United where the geriatric x crossing guard woke me and as we all know a McD's meal makes their in-flight grub look like prison gruel in comparison .

I guess the biggest 'racial' issue I've ever had in the LoS was with three 'Indians'. It was around 10 am and I was changing some travelers cheques and the buggers just kept crowding me. I asked them to step back but they just replied that they were checking out the rates. After 3 or 4 shouts trying to keep them back I gave the worst offender a great big shove into traffic on second road. The Thai exchange girl just smiled and kept my money for me while the whole thing was going on. The three buggered off mumbling how poorly Americans behave.

The only time the Russians bother me is when they stand in the middle of the sidewalk seemingly oblivious to the fact that they blocking people. I went to My Way twice. Once time it was good the second time not so much. Beef Eater is the only place listed here where I've never had a bad meal. They did over cook my steak once but replaced it with no hassle.

Often my drink is just as expensive at a bb. No air-con, toilets or nude girls makes it a bigger ripoff than a ws gogo..

I heard an ad that said that since Viagra is off patent (Canada only?) they are offering the real deal at cheaper prices. Dunno about the LoS. I like real Cialis anywat.
