I had two accident with bbus drivers. Once some guys ran without paying at the same place, where I dropped out. The driver shouted with me to pay, because they are my friends and beated my chest with his fist. To no effect I explained I never saw those guys before in my life. Anyway, the condo B. will be free probably for a 2 month rent out, but I can tell you about that only on the end of october. Price is negotiable, depends on the lenght of the renting. After a half year owning a condo.. hard to answer to your question, as I myself never saw my own condo Before returning home saw some similar rooms in the building, but I found a better deal through the internet, so I made all the process on it. At the Jomtien beach paradise last year was a free internet connection in the room. Some times had trouble with it. As I am informed from the owner the internet connection developed overthere to a sattelite connection. You connect him and figure out. If you have a telephone line, you can buy tickets to use internet on your laptop, not too expensive. Internet cafe usually 1 bat/minute. ( 2 bat in hotels )

Jomtien beach paradise: very nice condos with fascinating seaview from the belgian owner with internet connections. A little bit away, may problems with bbus drivers Seabrize. Excellent location, right on the beach, nice place with a good pool, guest friendly if your TGF have no breakfast. 800/day incl. a good breakfast. Chateau dale condos. Beautiful rooms, classy pool, good location.

Iain, I don't understand you. I have 4 week time share for a one bedroom unit. Without any extra expenses RCI changed it for me to Pattaya to a 2 bedroom king suite in last year and in this year. As I mentioned only one try at the Sigma. No any problems in other hotels, I mean no any visitor fee. Check it. http://www.rci.com
