Hi Guys I am not too PC savvy, just nitnoi Since I downloaded Internet Explorer 8 I keep having to refresh the page when I log on to ensure I have the most recent page, I have been getting the page when I last visited Pattaya Talk. Is it something to do with this 'Compatiblity View' that has now cropped up? TIA

If any BMs are flying from LHR with Eva in the very near future can you try and find out if Debbie is still working with BR? If so try and find a current e-mail. I have had no luck with the two e-mail addresses I tried and also a non BM who flies a bit with BR cannot remember seeing Debbie for some time. TIA

I got the same e-mail from Eva today. I think it will be great for BMs heading to Thailand and back before Christmas but not much use to BMs wanting to go over Christmas. There will likely be no availability for return flights between 1st and 9th January, and with only a 30 day validity, plus the outbound ticket has to be used by the 9th December means it will be not much use for the main holiday period.

derk Next trip i will be going to both, if you are under 35 stay in Pattaya, if over then you may well like Hua Hin. Everything is more laid back, no GoGos but a few masage places you will enjoy. The bars tend to be in one large block right in the centre of town in HH. The beach is nicer but near to the Hilton hotel has many large boulders covered with barnacles which will cut you very easy. HH is very laid back, Pattaya is not, up to you but you will have a good time in both.

The guy who cruises around with his motorbike and sidecar has reasonable pies, with gravy as well, but the pies are not red hot. When I am in Pattaya I only have the occasional meat pie, stickt to pussy pie

I have just booked Eva, out on 9th december and return on 14th January, £688 inc taxes. Now I know this is not the cheapest fare going but the T&Cs are good for me. It is B class tciket which means I get FF miles and also can make some return changes for free I believe, also I don't have to pay for the ticket until 9th November. I am having a replacement hip op on 2nd October so that gives me time to make sure that I am 100% for the rigours ahead The Ours lady told me that 10th December was about £200 more.

Before I have used Pattaya limo and had good reliable service but felt their drivers could have put their foot down a bit. This trip i was only in Pats for a week so they HAD to put their foot down. I visited Wet n Wild on Wednesday evening for the first time. I had a very pleasant couple of hours and when I checked bin it didn't break the bank. It was a quiet evening and in my own opinion the girls on the whole were not of such a high standard in the looks department as say NLD1. However, attitude wise they were very good, with some nice interjection taking place. I had a precarious walk up the narrow ladder to throw in 100 baht for the girls to recover from the water tank. It was very funny when I heard all the screaming when the basket of balls was thrown amongst the girls.

Hardeep I am in the Eva airways Evergreen club as I only usually fly LHR-BKK. It is a reasonably good FF, but they are slowly moving the goalposts and making it not so good. Silver still has lounge access but they have taken away VIP check in, I have never been upgraded and I know some Gold card members who do not get upgrades with BR. Maybe if Thai have the AVOD system in the future I may start using TG, but Eva's entertainment system is pretty good.
