EVA first class is not even comparable to BA or Qantas business class, EVA first class IMHO is not worth that kind of money
-
You obviously have a lot lower standards than me then
-
EVA lounge in Bangkok is not worth a wank unlike the new Thai lounge which is very nice. The only food I've seen in the London Lounge is bits of snacks and stuff like that so I wouldn't go in there thinking you'll get a feed up.

West Ham ?........Welcome to hell on April 23rd
-
I've been offered cash at the check in at Heathrow and Bangkok , I once took 4000bt to come back via Copenhagen. Also you can negotiate a free flight if you are canny enough.
-
You can do it on Thai subject to availability , cost me about £300 to upgrade to business one way. Why don't you call EVA and get it from the horses mouth instead of second hand opinion ?
-
Just booked Thai for May with Trailfinders £386.20 incl tax
-
I don't go on holiday to stay on a fucking building site or listen to pile drivers etc at 8am in the morning so as far as I'm concerned I'll be given Soi 13 a swerve until the whole lot is finished.
-
Well seeing how long it is taking to build the place next to the Dynasty I would avoid Soi 13 for the next 6/9 months minimum
-
Something I mentioned months ago
-
Possible if you have a visa for LOS
-
Funny as the email I got said not including airport tax etc
-
Both more expensive than Sabai Lodge so that is all you need to know
-
Reminds me of a rip off bar in Soi Yamato called the Clinic , he charges guys 1800bt for a taxi to or from the airport when the actual cost is only 1200bt which is what I pay my boy. Book direct with the driver and avoid any rip off places who put their cut in on it too.

Shame the hotel is a shit hole
-
You have your opinion and I have mine but it takes a lot of fucking noise to make me want to check out but this time I did, BTW I stayed at the Haven all the time they were building the Sandy and that never pissed me off as much as this did.
-
Like I say up to you , I thought I'd just give a warning but next time I won't fucking bother , ok ?
-
For anyone who has booked a room at Sandy Spring , Dynasty etc in the next few weeks then tough luck and think about changing. Soi 13 is now a miserable hell hole and the noise is everywhere, I stayed at the Lek on the 5th floor old wing over looking the pool and even from there the noise got to me in the end and I ended up checking out and moving on . The Whitehouse Condotel is going full swing with road drilling, pile driving, loads of other construction noise and it's months away from being finished. There is still loads of building being done at Ma Maison and one I never predicted was bui

For the money the Grace is top digs and far better than that skanky shit hole the Nana, better security and better rooms, friendlier staff by far and thanks to the xenophobic attitude of a lot of people always easy to walk in and get a room. I've been staying there for 15 years and never had a problem and always been well taken care of.
