Thank you all gentlemen :-) So - did any here actually need to show the rental contract to the police? I am sure I had to show a rental contract once - several years ago. On my latest trip however I was not given a contract and I was told that I would never need one - not even if I got involved in an accident - neither to the police or my travel insurance. Thanks :-) I have actually had - and liked - a few of those. I was thinking more of the British type of curry - I should probably have mentioned this in the OP.

I have never appreciated a curry and since I like many English comfort foods that annoys me a bit. I do not enjoy my food super spicy and don't care about silly rituals about who can eat the hottest curry. Bearing this in mind can the boardies recommend a good place (and particular dish) in Pattaya to make me see curries in a different light?

I used to enjoy some of the German food at Backer Peter in Nakhlua but I passed the place where it used to be and it is no longer there. It works (if the setup is properly run) - but it will only be effective if you only have a limited amount of dead skin. For feet like mine a Scholl Velvet Smooth or similar is more effective.

I can see you are covered on the phone you actually lost in Pattaya so that is a good option. I break several rules myself so I am not on any high horse - but the phones that you "accidentally" drop each year is insurance fraud.
