Hi you might try the Diana estates on soi buakhow I believe that you can store a bike there for 300baht a month .There are quite a few there they are well covered in tarps and also well chained so should be ok

The pool is tiny and the hotel is well of the beaten track,unless you have transport you will walk a lot ,if this dosent worry you then its not a bad choice.

I have not ridden a bike at home for more than your 27 years ,but I did feel that I could handle it and I have for the last 3 years when I am in funtown.My only suggestion is that if you dont feel confident in your ability now then no ammount of training will be any use as what you seem to lack is confidence in your bike skills,and IMHO Pattaya is not the place to try and get them back,if you can afford it then a small car might be a better bet .

Tipping is absolutely a choice, I dont allways want to pay more than the agreed price,so I dont, you on the other hand may want to pay more than the agreed sum for the service provided, that is up to you,your stupidity is no indication of what I should, or will do.
