Why is it that being thousands of miles away makes you so foul mouthed ,sitting in the same bar you would be a lot more polite.

My personal knowledge of you is only from your posts on this thread,but I can and have formed an opinion of you,You are a charmless, ill mannered coward.My opinion of the Nirun may be wrong but,it is MY opinion,My opinion of you may be wrong ,but I don't think so,and I haven't seen many jump to your defense.

I post an opinion and I am pig ignorant,I make a decision based on "my" criteria and you imagine that your wordy aggression will make me change that opinion.I did not ask if you were ignorant your post leaves no room for doubt,as for me influencing anyones opinion ,I actually said that I posted what I did so people could form their own opinions. Now I know how much you like this place, and how much it suits you, I have come to the further conclusion that I like this place even less because I might meet you there and that would leave me with a bad taste in my mouth that would require me to go immediately to the nearest bar and wash that taste away.

I have seen the Nirun condos they are just opposite The Shagwell Aussie hotel and bar,and from the outside they are dark forbidding and dirty, so I had no interest in going inside as From the outside I would not stay there no matter how "nice" they were inside.I have no idea why you don't like Gabor and I don't care ,I posted an opinion here that I thought might let some people see what else was on offer so they could make their own mind up.If you look for previous posts about the Nirun condos you will find a few not very complimentary views,none of them by me but read by me from which I formed an opinion having seen the outside. PS I myself have stayed in some shitty places but that does not make them any better than shitty. PPS no matter what I have said please don't think this was an endorsement of Gabors place ,as I would not pay that much for his condo.

Dont you need heat and humidity for fungus to grow, it should be easy to grow mushrooms.

From My own experience,which I admit is not great ,Aren't staffies a" hot " Breed ie they sweat(Pant )a lot and would therefore not do well in a warmer climate.

I think you could put the Nirum condos in that category,there are a couple on here that the owner wants ,I think,750,000 baht each or 1.4 million for both one room condos .those places have a not so good reputation.

Hi Thanks for the reply ,but, I already do that ,and more ,what I was really asking was is it better to book early or leave it till late to get the best rates .I was hoping that some of the well informed members may know which is the best strategy.I only fly once a year so frequent flier miles don't work for me I always go for the lowest priced fare with a decent airline.So do I book now at the lowest price on offer (Emirates £482)or hold off until nearer the time.

I would go for any hotel in Soi 13 ,its quiet and near to the action its only 300meters long so a short walk to either beach rd or 2nd rd and as far as I know all the hotels are girl friendly.

Hi , I am looking for the cheapest flight for any time after the 21st april to the end of aug or the first few days in sept,Have any of you guys out there any ideas how to get the best prices.I normally get good prices just by waiting to near the time I want to go and looking hard but, is this the best strategy,all ideas welcome. PS I don't want to fly Aeroflot or some crap airline that has no decent On board entertainment,and Gatwick and Heathrow are best for me.

Using Immodium ,I agree that keeping "it in" is not the best thing in the world ,but,when you are on a short holiday then all your time is precious and you don't want to have to spend two days sitting in your room terrified that you will shit yourself if you venture out.Immodium will give you the chance to venture forth into the unknown (not knowing where the next toilet is) without fear and will allow you to enjoy your holiday ,you can recover completely at home.

Hi, only by western standards is this a a low wage ,as the minimum wage in Pattaya this year was 155 baht a day.The cleaners I mentioned were room cleaners as that was what the OP was about,I believe the pool man was on 8000 a month,but that was in a conversation about his new job ( car factory ) when he told us that he was being paid 16000 a month and that was twice what he was getting at the pool.
