I can only sat that the ex rare is now almost a full baht more per pound since I came to LOS on the 23rd of april.The ex rate is ( I just found out, Do I feel stupid)different in different banks and can be as much as a quarter of a baht more in banks in ther same soi. It pays to shop around as even on a modest ammount of pounds yo can get a little more baht for your money

Hi Emil ,They did say in their email ,level 1 so I took that to be the ground floor,although I did try the second floor when I did not see the woman,for second floor I mean the british first floor and there was no sign there either. I ended up on the actual ground floor ,no matter what they call it here , and that was where I found the Government Bus. I do get confused about what floor they mean here as it is automatic to think in the way I was brought up to think about which floor is which.

Unfortunately I did not get to use the Bell service and to be honest I don't know if I or they were at fault ,but I arrived at the ground floor and gate 7 as advised and could not find any lady or any sign saying Bell.After I hung around for about 10 minutes ,being constantly harrassed by Taxi touts ,one of them ,yes a taxi tout showed me the bus stand just inside door 8 on the ground floor where the Government busses seats are sold and as there was a bus leaving at 0915 I used that service instead.The price was 106 baht ,but that works out more expensive as when you get to pattaya you then have to either walk ( no way will I do that) or get a baht bus and pay about 100 baht so he will take you to your hotel . I could have tried to phone the Bell company but as it was by this time after 0800(next bus is 1000) I figured that the bus would have left anyway so It made more sense to use the alternate bus which was quite good reasonably quick and almost as conveniant.I will try the Bell company next time but I do wish they would get some sort of permanent or semi permanent sign so that passengers will know if they are in the right place ,as I sat at the next door for 50 minutes and never saw any one from bell or any sign so am not even sure if I was looking in the right place.

For what its worth ,and that may be little as everyone is different,I would not have Knee surgery again unless I was in such pain I could not walk as when I had Knee surgery for cartlidge and bone chip removal , Arthritis based. 1) I was in bed for 3 days 2) I was of work for 13 weeks. I did have a very physical job at the time. 3) I had more pain after the op than before 4) My life changed so much because of the lack of mobility and the pain. I would only now consider further Knee surgery as a last resort.

I am sorry to say that I for one do not believe this Email is real.I have known some Aussies in my life and To be perfectly honest I don't believe any Aussie would ever talk themselves down in this fashion ,they are a very proud Nation with a great Marshall history ,Albeit short, and are inordinately proud of their Country. PS this is not trying to put down the USA, just my opinion of the reality of the Email

AFAIK There are very few places in Pattaya that actually have Ovens. PS It takes 20 to 30minutes to heat a pie properly in an oven and many blokes don't want to wait that long ,whether in the UK or Pattaya

They at the very least reply quickly to Emails as I have recieved a quick reply with(Clear) instructions of where to find them at the Airport.More soon

I cant see any problems unless you are lager louts and make a lot of noise before you are booked in.Have you booked or are you turning up and hoping. PS you are not of legal age to drink in Thailand but like here you probably will get away with it.

The Pattaya bay resort might suit you if you can get one of their studio rooms at the cheaper price of (I think) 20,000 baht a month . these rooms have all you need including flat screen TVs

I flew Qatar last year and they had new Airbusses (I think) on both legs, which had seat back entertainment.

I found that staying for an extra month put the prices up by over a hundred quid but I dont understand why?.
