I would say that a 3% dissatisfied rate was poor. I don't know all the facts but I do know that the longer you keep saying that it is not your fault the less I am willing to believe you. No the assumption was yours ,I never said that 150 baht was crucial I said to cut us guys who do have to budget a break,and That I thought it common sense to worry about what is and is not a fair price. If you cant get that then you too must be rich ,or at least richer than me.
