I thought you were supposedly to be living in Pattaya? Sai 3 is 3rd road. The t junction of North Road and Sai 3 is where Climax is. Once you are there , go southwards along Sai 3 and the resturant should be on your right (about 1km). If you reach Ninja Moo Ka Taa ; they have neon signboard with a pig's head in a clay/hot pot , you've gone too far.

There are a few korean resturants on Sai 3 between Ninja Moo Ka Taa and Climax ; on the other side of the road. Not sure if its still there but it was operating less than 12 months ago.

A simple pool so your kid can spend time playing water and a hotel where your wife wont get the 'walk of shame' if you bring a girl back would cost a max of 1200B. You may even feel out of place in a higher end hotel.

For the first timers , it would be easier to get to Ninja via reaching the North Pattaya / 3rd Road intersection ; I think its a T-Junction (not cross!). From there , walk about 3km (choose a cool night!) southwards (or down Sai 3) and you should see Ninja Moo Ka Ta on the left side. If you know the place , its faster and easier by going up Sai 3 , or Northward. Alternatively , you can ask a cab ; some know the place well but make sure you pronounce it properly.
