  1. You posted the below on another Thread today, if you cut this out or at least down to a minimum, you would make huge savings. Anyway last week in was in a little out door bar that I have been going to since my first week in Pattaya. I know all the ladies, and they all know me. I bought several of the girls a lady drink, which is rot gut Tequila that mamasan makes them drink. It was a slow night, and I was the only customer in the bar. I then sat and watched the people go by as my girlfriend talked to the laddies. I was OK with that, because I like watching the bra less Russian girls walk by. After a while I got board with it, and was starting to sweat, so I tell the girlfriend, let's check bin and go to FLB for some air con. Several of the girls wanted me to bar fine them and take them with us. I've done it many times because I can bring someone to dance with me at FLB.
  2. My only criticism is with the men that feel they have to "Explain" anything to any woman or anybody else for that matter
  3. Soi Buckaow Market often has cages with puppies for sale.
  4. o2 in Ireland doesn't support sending or recieving MMS to or from Thailand. o2 UK may be similar. But not necessarily so, as they work as 2 seperate companies with different IT structures.
  5. Driving on an unmarked and unlit road that has a lot of construction work going on, where a bike will travel 50 meters after hitting a kerb is a sure sign of speeding
  6. Is that the place just before you come to the overpass that leads to Bali Hai pier. If so, it is excellent. It's called schezuan/sesh wan (spelling) I remember the name as there is a chinese takeaway back home with the same name.
  7. Went in there last night and ordered the roast chicken whilst Tilac ordered Thai food. Her food came out about 10 minutes before mine. Very large portion and she liked it. When mine came out, the mashed potatoes were spead thinly on the plate like a sauce and a crust had formed on the potatoes. It was piping hot, the lady carried the plate out with an oven glove. Think it was either nuked in a microwave or left sitting on a heater for a long time. Food was dry and tasteless as a result of this. The veg was ok, I'd say these were done fresh. The plate also had 2 large chips taken out of it (as in pieces of the plate not the potato slices) If I eat in there again, I think I'll stick to fast food like burgers. They were nice when I had them before
  8. If the car has a crash and is not insured, you could be rightly in trouble.

  15. Have you been with any Russian birds. It sounds like the Russian STD "Rotyercockov"
  16. For newbies to thailand maybe, but for newbies to the hotel only, there will be many that will complain, have you seen the friction caused by dual pricing on the 10 BAHT Baht Busses,
  17. A secure place to lock a laptop to with a security chain, where the safe may not be big enough. 24 hr security that take ID cards and ring next morning to ensure everything OK. Lift, depending on height of building. Transfer service at reasonable rate either by the hotel or arranged with a reliable vendor. If not close to the action, then on or near the Baht Bus route. The preferential rate sounds good, but what happens when you're close to full occupancy and you recieve a booking from a newbie and a repeat guest. The temptation will be to exclude the repeat guest in favour of the Newbie and this will always come out. Also when a newbie turns up with a repeat guest, the newbie might feel slighted that he has to pay more than his mate.
  18. Bangkok bank generally shows a true reflection of the rates on the street http://www.bangkokbank.com/bangkok%20bank/...s/fx_rates.aspx
