Is pelmini like pieroggi? I used to eat a version of that in the USA.

That was an interesting link. Since I cannot seem to eradicate the malware infection vector itself (been trying for years), this gave me the idea to attack the problem as you describe TripWire doing. We now have a job that runs every few minutes to check the file that gets infected, and if it has changed from what it is supposed to be, it is replaced by a good copy saved from the last time the redirection was cleaned out. With any luck, this will work and catch the problem before anyone encounters it. Fingers crossed. Thanks for letting me know. As above, there is a chance that the prob

But the reality is you don't. I'm sure you know that there are other diseases besides food poisoning that can affect a group of people sharing the same space...for example, influenza, ebola, TB...and the list goes on. None of these are related to food poisoning. Just because you say you were a food sanitation inspector, doesn't mean everything is related to food sanitation...or as Mark Twain put it: “To a man with a hammer, everything looks like a nail.” If I recall correctly, didn't you also work in the VD clinic or something where you got to know all the embassy personnel su

Well, you're doing your best to salvage some truth from your "American comfort food" comment. Yes, Pastrami on Rye (POR) is run by Americans. The sandwiches are traditional classic sandwiches hailing from America. Other items on the menu are international, like pizza products, but they are frequently eaten in America. For a typical list of "comfort foods" by nation, check this out https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comfort_food Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

A recommendation from a well-thought-of bike vendor, such as PoolHustler, can alleviate such problems.

I used to order nigiri unagi off the all you can eat offering. Sadly, last time I went there, they weren't carrying unagi anymore. It was a good deal at 45 baht too! Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Under 300 Baht ... And Good! (updated July 4, 2022)

Good topic! Another superb value for those who don't want to have the same thing every Sunday is Aroi Pub, on Soi 89 Sukhimvit across from Makro. A group of us went there for their all you can eat buffet for 299 baht Sunday. The buffet consisted of chicken, salmon (smoked or plain), and ribs, along with lots of side dishes. He runs all you can eat specials on mussels regularly, and changes his Sunday menus week to week. A great feed and a very passionate chef who specializes in Belgian cuisine. As EP says, there are many western style restaurants that offer good meals fo
