you've been in the one our mutual friend has, I gather. I rode in it this week, and it's really a solid, quiet ride.

went over to pattaya ford..sales guy was pretty good english they only have 2014 still...says he doesn't know when 2015 comes out had a titanium on the floor..i said, hey, it's been here a year at the same price, new one coming out. lower the price okay? he came back with 60k discount and 1yr full ins. 2 week delivery so that's 1,009,000 w/ins. if I insure myself, he drops 20K off.

This one or the other one?

This topic is likely to cost me a lot of money. I was seriously thinking about taking the OP up on this offer, since it seemed a very good one. Talked to a friend who has a Focus Titanium with all the bells and whistles, and he offered me a test drive in it. Now that's what I want, but it's over twice as expensive. Great car, solid build, lots of toys, comfortable ride.

That's some horrid infection. What kind of bug bite was that?

That's just the VAT which is recoverable. Income tax would be the killer for rental owners.

Just a reminder that using Agoda through the link at http://www.pattayatalk.com/forums/forum/21-agoda-hotel-booking/ can usually save you money on hotel bookings (anywhere in the world), and also helps pay for the costs of the forum by providing a small commission for each booking.- 24 replies

I'd check with IRovers on LK Metro..or Metro Apartments...they both are very good for showing sporting events.

Assuming the house goes up in value (a big assumption these days), would you then have to keep upping the encumbered amount to match the market value?

Register your Thai Mobile Number or Lose it !

Playing? Just trying to locate the AIS shop as best we can recollect. I hope you're right with your arrogant comment, because if not, you'll never see the end of it. -

I think it's on the first floor, beach end, not the basement. -
She didn't top up my mobile either!

The cool refreshing drink was Leo in an ice bucket for concealment...drinking was definitely kept out of sight yesterday. The other was Mrs. MM. -

I'm a postpaid kinda guy myself, so it's just a matter of annoyance when I have to wait for the ignorant tourists at the convenience store. By and large they are Russians, Arabs, and Indians.I've never seen a westerner pull this stunt, but it appears I've been lucky.

That's when the Sailfast solution works! Skip #10 though.

The numbers aren't in Thai, jacko. Learn once, do it yourself. Don't learn, you're lazy and inconsiderate of others. Sailfast did touch on one possible excuse, and that is that the person is too vain to carry their reading glasses and simply can't read the numbers.

1-9 sounds like a great plan...#10 would justify 7-11 clerk...barely. From a mobile
