  1. Nice to know there is at least one good result from UAL's abandonment of the BKK route.
  2. I've seen this happen...it's freaky. I'll open a support ticket with Invision...we might be due for a software upgrade this week.
  3. Dr Zhivago
  4. After the posts were put in, do they give you anything that allows you to chew until your permanent fitting in Aug? I'm not clear on implants or what is done between the time to posts are put in and the time the crowns are fitted.
  5. oh the horror! you have become an elitist! This is all MM's fault! Not me. I wasn't invited! Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

  7. Good. Except it wasn't yet 24 hours and anyway, Nightrider beat you by 3 minutes with an answer. We are on James Gammon

  9. EP that's as busy as I've ever seen it. I'm amazed you're not still there waiting for your meal to be served.

  11. If you are a holder of a 30 day stamp on entry (no visa) and want to extend your stay by doing a "visa run", you will, starting today, get one "out-in" extension at the land border. After that, you will be refused entry on attempting to do a subsequent "out-in". Here is an excerpt from the ThaiVisa topic: See http://goo.gl/bNqnSs (ThaiVisa article)

  13. Putting a dog on a chain is how you create a vicious dog if that is what you want. A dog psychologist explained to me that every time a dog slams into the end of the chain the dog associates that pain with the stranger they were running to greet. If you want a dog that will protect your property, don't let it loose in a fence. Instead, let it run on a long dog chain. Dog psychologist? Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  14. A pretty big break for Charles Grodin. Up until then he'd only been guest stars on TV. Heartbreak Kid (which I found extremely funny at the time) Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  15. My favorite line of this month's entry...
  16. The pre-election will be held on July 13, the date of the WC final. I think the final starts at 2 a.m.on the 14th, so the bars csn open, tho the law says open the morning of the 14th at 6 a.m.It's a mess! Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

  19. I found the article noteworthy (to me) because an American sports publication ranked two football players as #2 and #5 out of all the choices available. He could have stuck to golf, basketball, American football, baseball, tennis, hockey..etc, typically well-known American sports ...but actually went international in his rankings.
  20. It's a shame really. I read that the licensing entity (TCC?) had 400 investigators who will be checking bars and other public venues for licenses during the games. Any business that is showing the World Cup without a license is subject to closure, arrest of the management and fines immediately. This means that if you are using a streaming site via IPTV to show the games, you can be in a world of trouble if you are a bar. I suppose, based on the prohibitive cost, not many bars will be showing the WC, but you can probably count on them being quite busy for the more popular matches. IPTV at home is the way to go, I suppose.
  21. No idea why it won't open. It continues to open when I click on the link, so it's a good link.
  22. This is an interesting article. They ranked Messi (#5)and Ronaldo(#2) in the top 5 spots. http://www.businessinsider.com/most-dominant-athletes-2014-3?op=1#!HRXcz
