Who said "warning"? Anyway, here's a "security message" that essentially says the same thing. The point is, and nkped picked up on it without delving into irrelevancies, that this is a heightening of the alert /security status for Thailand.

I believe that's the first time it's hit that level of caution..not sure, but it's certainly stronger than "stay away from demonstrations".

You should make a trip to Ban Chang of course. There are some scenic routes to get there and the destination is not bad either.

The Way We Were If we ever end this thread, should we start another that has an additional rule? To make the game more of a challenge, no response can use an actor or movie that has been used before in the thread. That would avoid us going thru long loops using the same people or movies.

Every time I go by Spankys, it seems rather short of customers, though I am sure it gets busy at times. I dropped into the Spankys Nana Plaza a couple of weeks ago on a weeknight and couldn't get a seat. Also, when I walked in, there were a number of fully nude, dancers of a decent quality. Replicating that environment in Pattaya is a real challenge with the movement of former dancers to coyotes. I can see why Spankys BKK is doing well tho...girls and tits...not coyotes.
