These malls are charging as much or more, for some thing's, than the malls in the U.S., I do a couple of trip's to California, to see my doctor's every year, I am amazed at the price's they are charging here. this is one of the downside's to the "2 week millionaire's" we have visit here every year, and piss away a lot of money in a short time, it tells the local's "we all" have ton's of expendable income, we want to give them !! BUT, to be fair, I was one of them 12 years ago !!! 5555 !!

I have never lost any luggage, knock on wood, BUT always wonder if any of the stuff inside gets stolen, when I get home and open my bags. I tend to bring a lot of metal objects, cooking utensil's, drawing equipment, etc., etc., so far, so good ! But thankx for the info, and the number !

I flew Thai Airlines a few times, LAX to BKK, but the plane was always half empty, so I thought it was a money thing, and they shut down the route. I got bumped up to first class a couple of times, because nobody was there. Then they raised they're prices to 6k for business class, and I started flying with Cathay Pacific, great food and service, still use them !! HA! HA! HA!

Saw today, they were phasing out the baht of the late King, for his son, said April they would be issuing "NEW BAHT" with his likeness, and all the old baht has to be changed over by ???, or they would not be accepted anywhere. Anyone heard a date when the exchange has to happen by ? THANKX !

WELL DONE, as usual !

I'm using BBB for my wireless wi-fi for the house and our cell phones for 630 baht a month, and Sophon for t.v. for 360 baht a month, they connected us within 2 days for both, only issue I have ever had is, they don't cover all area's of Pattaya, you need to ask whoever you get if they service the area first. Look at the other houses in your neighborhood, they all like to put stickers on the gates/fence's, of the house's they are servicing, for advertisement purpose's. good luck!
