I would very rarely take back an ex employee, they would have to be an exceptional asset to the business. If I did they would be on a short term contract with a view to extend if they proved that the business was much better off with them in situ. But your business is a great deal different from mine.

Hi guys Is there anyone in Pattaya at present who can help me. I have been trying to book a party at the Cherry Bar for over a week now. I got an initial reply from Adam on 2 June ref price but since then he has not replied to any of my e-mails to confirm my booking. Is he still alive, I know he parties quite a bit but surely even he would check his mail? If there is anyone going to the Cherry Bar ask him to get in touch. If for any reason he doesn't want the party then I would appreciate a heads up so I can look for an alternative venue. The party is a number of weeks away but I want to get everything sorted and out of the way. Thanks in advance Alex

Stevoman Just purchased a 1GB memory card for my camera and it gives a breakdown on the back of the packaging. I looked up your camera and its 8 megapix which would give you 301 photos on a 1GB. I would assume that a 512 would be half of that. So its 150 and a half photos. Just make sure when you're taking the half photo that you get the right bits in!!! Cheers

You could download all your photos onto disc. Re-writable discs are inexpensive and take up little space. I am a novice too but am getting there step by step.

Weather.... very very clammy, it seems to just draw the moisture out of you. There will be the odd heavy downpour and it will be mostly cloudy but all in all quite acceptable. The great thing is that the weather is a long way down my list of important things while in Pattaya. 32 and counting See you in July

I explained in a thread on my return last year and Mr Tooms reply was less than satisfactory. In fact he even accussed me of lie-ing and initially denied knowledge of his driver even collecting myself and my friend. There are quite a few members who are delighted with him and often sing his praises but I feel it only fair to post that his service is not perfect. I am sure he will not miss my booking as I only travel annually and I will not miss him as there are many alternatives. To those that use him I hope he continues to provide good service for you all.

Alan, I am sat here after a very enjoyable day out at a cold, wet and soggy golf course reading posts in pattaya pages and secrets between taking bad beats at texas holdem cos I'm pissed up and overplaying very bad cards. Your reports on said girl really do touch the strings of my badly beaten heart and after an earlier post I offered to donate my meagre winnings from the superbowl as part of a pot to try and get her away from the den of iniquity that is Pattaya. I know people will say that there are many many who are in the same or similar boat but those are people who I have little or no knowledge of. I willingly gave to Moulies fund before I had even visited LOS and when I had a party in FLB last year it was wonderful to see her alive and very much kicking, perhaps my donation was selfish in that I did it to make myself feel good or perhaps I donated because if I hadn't the money would have been pissed up against some cold concrete wall, I guess we'll never know. I'm sure you've guessed by now that I'm fairly pissed up but I need your guidance. I would very much like to help this girl out. There is no way I could commit to a relationship cos at the moment I'm probably more f**kt up than a gay morman who loves gin and tonic. I am however more than willing to send a one of payment or something to help this girl out. I would love to BF her and take her out for a fun packed evening with a huge tip at the end (I am of course a proud LDOPer) unfortunately I will not be in Pattaya until early July and that is a lifetime away. I find it difficult to sleep on planes, so this year I'm gonna break up the flight by going Emirates. On the way out' its only a 3 hour stop over which isn't really that long. It may sound strange but I think I will be able to cope better with two 7 hour flights than one of 11. On the way home I'm thinking of treating myself to a couple of days in Dubai cos I've heard so much about the place.

I've been offered three tickets for this seasons F A Cup final. They are priced at £25 each or £60 for all three. Listed as restricted view seating. That shouldn't be a big deal and I think thats a really great price for cup final tickets!

I'm looking into this myself. Think you have to register with an airline that gives airmiles. I'm probably gonna go with Emirates cos they are affiliated to one or two American airlines so you are not just stuck with one area of travel. I know you can find cheaper flights/airlines but Emirates are a decent carrier and their prices are reasonable. Your miles last for three years from issue and can be used for free flights and/or upgrades. As said it limits your choices but if you find an airline and route you like why not stick with them and get a bonus or two. Hope this helps in some way and good luck.

Hi Kevin...and just so you don't think that shit only happens to you. On saturday night after a slightly heavy post xmas get together I was walking a girl home and she decided to take a short cut. After about twenty yards down a lane I had never been before and in an area I did not know the girl on my arm suddenly left me. In my drunken stupor I was immediately worried about how I was going to return to the party I had just left to perhaps find another girl who would not run off in such a selfish way. However fairly quickly the mists of smirnoff cleared and with the assistance of a well placed whimper from below me I soon realised that retrieving my date from the rather large hole she had fallen into would have to take priority. Hi there...had a look at prices when I was there last year. Bought some Titleist pro v1 which were about 15% cheaper than back home but shoes/clubs etc were very much the same as here so no real point. You will see the odd bargain but not more than you would find if you shopped around back home. Theres a guy in Pattaya (think his board name is Doghouse but don't quote me) and he can arrange for the hire of clubs over there and set you up with courses etc. Didn't speak to him directly but was given that info in Catz one night (I mite have been drunk hic). I never did get round to hitting a golf ball over there. P.S. my mate and I are also there in July maybe we could sort out a four ball (or failing that a game of golf )
